I am 16 and for whatever reason most ppl on this forum don’t even looksmax despite it being looksmax.org. But since I’m young and I won’t be forever, I would like to help the even younger guys out to test a few things to see if they are fact or cope. This list is likely to expand but debated topics I am currently trying out.

Sum niggas say it’s cope and does nothing, others say it made them 6”5 and some say it actually harms growth. I’m 5”11 so idc if it fucks up my growth tbh i have nothing to really lose but I could gain greatly.
