Das right, I will be doing the ultimate leanmaxxing regimen and doing the auschwitz diet/lifestyle

Anyways here are my current stats before going on the Auschwitz diet

Height: 6ft1
Weight: 182lbs/82kg
BF: like 18-20% or something idk
Ill post my results in a week


What the Auschwitz diet is
Prisoners at Auschwitz were subjected to chronic, systematic starvation, with a daily diet designed to lead to emaciation and death within a few months of forced labor. The daily diet generally consisted of fewer than 1,300–1,700 calories, often dropping to as low as 700 calories by 1944.

Daily Rations
  • Breakfast: A half-liter of bitter "coffee" (a grain-based substitute) or herbal "tea," usually unsweetened, served as hot water.
  • Noon/Midday: A liter of thin, watery soup, often made from rotten vegetables, potatoes, or rutabaga. It rarely contained small amounts of meat or groats.
  • Evening/Supper:A small ration of black, clay-like bread (approximately 300 grams), which was supposed to last until the next evening, though the extreme hunger often led prisoners to eat it immediately
    • Supplements: Occasionally, this bread was served with a tiny portion (about 25 grams) of margarine, marmalade, a tablespoon of cheese, or rarely, blood sausage.


Based on that here is my complete diet

Conclusion
Ill be eating around 1000-1300ish calories a day so ill be in a 1700 calorie deficit. 12% bf here i come:02Hype:

Saladino actually don't recommend intermittent fastin

Butt i think he's wrong i think intermittent fastin is optimal

Just be in 500 cal deficit so u won't be neutrint deficient or take supplements

It reminds me that before gymmaxing I did a way worse of a diet. I did one day without eating and one day where I would eat 500g of 3% fat greek yogurt. Lost 8 kg of fat in a month
