Das right, I will be doing the ultimate leanmaxxing regimen and doing the auschwitz diet/lifestyle
Just look at this leanmaxxed jewcel with his beautiful hollow cheeks and 4% bf
Anyways here are my current stats before going on the Auschwitz diet
Height: 6ft1
Weight: 182lbs/82kg
BF: like 18-20% or something idk
Ill post my results in a week
What the Auschwitz diet is
Based on that here is my complete diet
Breakfast
-just coffee
Macros
Calories: 2
skipping breakfast and fasting till lunch. Saladino approved
Lunch
-1 Bowl of soup
Chicken Gumbo as an example
macros (1 bowl)
Calories: 136
Fats: 3 g
Sodium: 2000mg
Carbs: 20g
Protein: 6g
Since I have school ill just be having whatever soup the cafeteria is offering
Dinner
-6 slices of Bread
Macros
Calories: 798
Fat: 9.8g
Sodium: 2043mg
Carbs: 151.83g
Protein: 22.92g
Again I cant really get a hold of black bread so normal white bread should do
Bonus: Snack time
-25g of cheese
Macros
Calories: 101
fat: 8.2g
sodium: 155mg
Protein: 6.2g
What I will be doing for Manual labor
So instead of doing mining and shit like whatever the jews were doing ill be doing weight training and baseball practices
I think 4 hours a day will be sufficient
Conclusion
Ill be eating around 1000-1300ish calories a day so ill be in a 1700 calorie deficit. 12% bf here i come

Prisoners at Auschwitz were subjected to chronic, systematic starvation, with a daily diet designed to lead to emaciation and death within a few months of forced labor. The daily diet generally consisted of fewer than 1,300β1,700 calories, often dropping to as low as 700 calories by 1944.

- Noon/Midday: A liter of thin, watery soup, often made from rotten vegetables, potatoes, or rutabaga. It rarely contained small amounts of meat or groats.
- Evening/Supper:A small ration of black, clay-like bread (approximately 300 grams), which was supposed to last until the next evening, though the extreme hunger often led prisoners to eat it immediately
- Supplements: Occasionally, this bread was served with a tiny portion (about 25 grams) of margarine, marmalade, a tablespoon of cheese, or rarely, blood sausage.
