Today i had another sugar crash out i think i eat around 2500-3000 kcal :hnghn:

But tomorrow i will change it completely only fruit and meat (90% meat 10% fruit ) mainly oranges bc i like them a lot tbh

Meat like some lean muscle meat lean ground beef etc liver etc like these type of shit

Any other advice ? I need to skinmax asap and be lean

You can eat a Bit more diverse. No need to have such a strict diet if you are a Sugar Addict

Me tbh but it was mostly savoury food, had pizza and kebab

Your perception of a lot differs with each person lmao, what you think is a lot is probably insignificant to most people

Tbh i look skinny bc im tall i got insane fat distribution ( my face isnt even fat) only my front looks fat cuz i have some cheekfat
But the overall fat is spreads my whole body and i mainly store my fat around my waist area but i have a narrow waist:love:

unless youre a manlet or a sedentery, your 'a lot' will be a lot for most people

I'm 6"0, Manlet in 2025 and eat 3.5k like sipping water

Tbh i look skinny bc im tall i got insane fat distribution ( my face isnt even fat) only my front looks fat cuz i have some cheekfat
But the overall fat is spreads my whole body and i mainly store my fat around my waist area but i have a narrow waist:love:
eating on an animal based food and reducing sugar probably gonna do a lot for you yk

it may be doable for one day but u will get carb and sugar urges, popcorn and icecream method is ideal, read the labels on which icecream has low calorie per 100g, dont get the protein ice cream shit or one thats too low cal they taste like shit, get a nice normal vanilla one and check the label so its in the 100-200 range of calories per 100g

drink hella diet soda and caffiene too

if ur in a calorie deficit no, also supplement some protein with a protein yogurt thats like100 cal and like 20g protein

You need fatty cuts of meat, to feel hormonally ideal, unless you're injecting test up your ass.

Get on tazarotene, you'll start peeling after awhile. Just trust the process and keep applying.

eat the saturated fat from the meat its good for you
and slowly eat fruits seasonally and not every day
