if you care about having sex whatsoever, going on a bulk will absolutely kill your confidence. in jan/feb whenever i smiled i would have a double chin and my mom would literally say ive gained weight to my face. looking back at my 2019 self i was very skinny but my face was lean and looked really good. in the winter i was a bloated fuck carrying too much water weight. now that im cutting for summer i will never again in my life bulk or at least dirty bulk. facial leaness > muscle any day of the fucking year

for all you natties out there, lol good luck staying lean while bulking. thankfully im on roids and i have the option to gain muscle while cutting. shouldve started a cycle last summer incel, now youre just playing catch up

Not a problem for me cause bulking is utter hell and doing a cut is way to easy, can lose easily up to 3kg per month on cuts jfl

this post is utter nonsense.

The purpose of bulking is like an "investment", you increase your carbohydrate consumption and thus your daily calories with the aim of increasing muscle mass over a period of about 3 months, during this period you obviously also gain fat on your face and in the body. After those 3 months you do a Cutting, which aims to lose precisely the extra fat you gained in bulking and keeping as much muscle mass as possible. In other words, the true result of Bulking is only seen in Cutting

You talked about the advantage of roids, of gaining muscle mass even when losing fat, which is in fact a reality, but what you didn't talk about is the disadvantages of steroids and what this will do to your body, such as accelerating aging premature, lack of libido in the long term, baldness among other possible health problems.

Even those who use steroids still do bulking and cutting to achieve a satisfactory result.

The only way to stay (relatively) lean while bulking is to count calories and be in a small surplus.

Thing is, most people will just default to the extremes. “I’m cutting, just gonna starve myself”, “I’m bulking, just gonna eat pizza and burgers all day”.

People will not take a moderate approach to this because it’s hard and actually requires effort.

Bulking isn’t the problem, you just did it wrong and took it as an excuse to pig out on food.

You moved on to steroids for the wrong reasons and it wasn’t even needed to resolve the issue.

you probably did a ~1000kcal surplus jfl if you want to bulk while minimising fat gain count calories like you have an eating disorder with a small surplus and eat a gram of protein per pound of body weight.

either way unless your skinny fat bulking is retarded and leanness>anything else

Becoming an obese fuck isn’t bulking it’s just becoming an obese fuck

Track your calories and maintain consistent levels of exercise on a week to week basis so you don’t end up eating in a massive surplus it’s not rocket science

Majority of people won’t even bother with your suggestion, that’s the sad reality. Then they’ll move onto steroids.

Only people who should dirty bulk are the ones who are rail thin and legit struggle with weight gain. For anyone else, you need slight surplus to add muscle.

Leanness is everything but there comes a time where you need to add muscle, just gotta do it with minimal fat gain. Then dieting off the fat gain afterwards will be easy.

Dude bulking is necessary to gain size as a natty. Just fucking cut and lose the fat and it's not an issue. Instead of saying muh bulk is a meme just recognize you are gonna look like a fat ass temporarily but when lean it's gonna mog.

Who says you have to eat chicken, broccoli and rice all day? Could at least present a sound argument rather than a strawman. I eat the same tasty food everyday so no planning required.

Only time you’d need to be strict with calories is when you’re cutting and that would only be for a short amount of time. Put in the hard work and then reap the rewards after.

When you’re lean, maintaing/gaining is a walk in the park, you don’t need to be AS meticulous as if you were cutting. You’d easily be able to go out + enjoy life while tracking calories. You can then eyeball calories when eating out.

If you want to do roids then that’s fine, doesn’t mean what I’m saying is incorrect.

Eat 250 surplus for 6 months then just eat at maintenance and you'll be fine for facial leannes

I've personally stopped doing bulking/cutting cycles entirely.
I'm just eating at a +15% caloric intake diet w/ high protein and focusing on lifting as heavy as I can for at least 5 reps over 4 sets, with minimal cardio.

Gains are a little slower than on a bulking/cutting cycle but I feel better about myself year round.

Chad doesn't "eat pizza" (maybe a few times a year) and every shredded guy with any muscle mass and bulging veins has counted calories to get to 10-12% body fat.

As long as you get enough protein and stay in a caloric deficit anyone can cut while preserving muscle mass. It's a hell of a lot easier if you spend a minute or two learning the caloric content of foods. Then do the math in your head.

It’s an investment… Yes you’re going to look like shit during the Winter bulk due to excess sodium/carbs but you just have to roll with it, soon as Summer comes you lean down with less sodium/carbs so your face becomes lean too…

People don’t realise the important of water retention as my face looks exactly the same 145lbs / 200lbs as long as I keep my sodium levels low.

If your goal is to look good 24/7 then yeah don’t bother bulking just stay skinny.

but after i had a horrible experience with mk I'm not touching that shit again until I'm at least 3 years into lifting

it helped skin quality a ton
and eventually after first giving me little sleep it gave me amazing sleep
but i stopped cause i was shitting blood lmfao and also my blood sugar levels dropped to hypoglycemic levels

MK is often faked for a medication that raises prolactin (and GH a little) a lot thus people get tons of water retention, anxiety and gyno from it. But yeah, other SARMs do not cause bloating unless they are faked
