Agree on first 3, would add CLA, carnitine, obv whey, creatine, laxogenin, omega 3-6-9

Gonna give you some supps which actually work:

Iodine (2 drops of lugol) in Western countries almost everyone is deficient

Vitamin K2 (+125mcg) + D3 (30.000 iU) + Omega 3 pure (good EHA/DHA ratio)
Zinc + Magnesium

Beta Carotene + Astaxanthin for skin

rest is cope if you have a good data
