And what the fuck after 3 years i just now realize, when i put my tongue to the roof of my mouth my jaw move backward, i didnt fucking trolling, my jaw set back when i mew, my ramus get short, my lower third length decrease, its like a fucking joke i look like shit for 3 fucking years, but what the fuck, when i un mew put my tongue to my lower jaw, i regain my ramus length and lower third height (jaw, chin fowardness), i legit gain everything what iam before, and this shiit cause me depression fucking Mew makes me depress for 3 fucking years, Mew makes me bipolar for 3 fucking years cause iknow im self aware my face change as shiit and everyone noticing. The problem is your causing a CW rotation of your maxilla aka downward growth. Ive had this same issue for the past year aswell gave me BDD tbh. What they dont know or tell you in the mewing community how to properly place your tongue on the palate. From trial and error Ive noticed the optimal position of the tongue is the ENTIRE tongue on the palate whilst pressing hard on the aveolar ridge/molars. Basically focus on expanding outward and in all directions. Push on the molars/teeth and upward at the same time(it takes practice). Utilize a suction hold to make it more powerful. That will maintain an upswing. Most people dont know this.

I think I've got it, but its so hard to know. 2 questions 1. Do your sinuses clear, and your nose breathing improve drastically when you mew? and 2. Are you "flexing" your tongue or is it more of a total body thing. Because for me when i mew its like certain back muscles flex and my tongue automatically goes up to the roof.
