Well, basically I suffer from many autoimmune diseases (once you have one you're gonna get multiple since the immune system is out of whack and attacks multiple organs with time), it appears my microbiome (the collection of bacteria, virus and other organisms that live in the gut) is fucked and I need a microbiome transplant (aka fecal transplant) to repopulate my gut with healthy bacteria and that should (it's not certain) cure my diseases. So they are gonna take a Chad's shit (literally....he shits and he gets paid thousands of euro for it), process it and then insert it into my gut. Will cost me thousands of $$$.

How fucking jinxed am I....meanwhile literally Chad shit and earn $$$$ money

Autoimmune diseases often aren't caused by genes though (my parents don't have them) and so many people suffer from them, they are heavily under diagnosed as something else. The cause often is a trigger event that damage the microbiota....so abuse of antibiotics, shitty diet, drugs, abuse of NSAID, toxins, infections ecc. Unfortunately I abused all of that. Solution is either immune system destroying drugs (LOL), some drugs that treats the effects masking symptoms (double LOL) or a fecal transplant that repopulate the gut with the right microbiome. Some doctors believe that will cure (or put into permanent remission) the diseases because the microbiome controls the immune system (actually this is proved by recent research)

I don't know who the donors are....actually they take 10 person's healthy shit (they analyze it) and mix them so a microbiome as diverse as possible can repopulate the gut. I can't be sure donors are Chad but they are healthy people and since a great microbiome is correlated with so many positive characteristics I wouldn't be surprised it's Chad's shit

As for the second parts, they did some experiments in mouse and a microbiome transplant (aka fecal trasplant) drastically changed the personality of the mouse....they passed from being super introverted to super extroverted if they got the shit from extroverted mouse. Meanwhile extroverted mouse who got transplanted the shit from introverted mouse got very introverted, anxious and super high inhibition (couldn't even make a small jump). The results actually baffled the researchers so yeah they can definitely change the personality
