Why are people born with incurable genetic diseases? For example, why is a baby born with a rare genetic disorder like cystic fibrosis?

You could argue original sin, but that begs the question, how could an omnibenevolent God allow such a terrible injustice to happen to an innocent being? It is their fault that one of their ancestors sinned thousands of years in the past? As a result of that original sin, they have to live a life of suffering? It makes zero logical sense and seems like needless malevolence

Why did God allow such this and that? Simple! Free will, no this is not a fallacy for omnibenel is all loving because love is not making us puppets for his fun, therefore he gave us free will and did not make us puppets . Furthermore, even if it’s all loving God, sin is infinite; sin is a action that goes against a infinite being, therefore, this means it had infinite value, for the being is infinite which means the actions, must be infinite. It would be unfair for God to let such a action slide, that would truly be injustice.
