He injected anesthesia into my cheeks which was a bit painful cuz he kinda dragged the inside of my cheeks around w a syringe lol, or atleast thats what it felt like.

He took out 3.5ccs out of each side, I told him to remove 80% of buccal. I shouldve done full removal tbh, this was 1 month ago and Im still not satisfied. I might just have to use up all my remaining aqualyx, I want that model tier leanness its just so hard

Maybe its because I have thick skin idk man, always struggled w angularity, I think the bone structure is obviously there, its just soft tissue hiding it

Bro they can du a Z shaped cut or some shit like that at ur zygo arch to reduce the width, the real question is will you experience sagging and how much to reduce before experiencing it

I doubt 2-3 mm off each side will cause sagging, most koreans remove like 10mm in total of face width because theyre retarded so they have to add a facelift on top of that

From what I know to be a slayer you can have 2 striking features, it can be striking zygos + jaw and average eyes or insane eyes + zygos and average jaw
