Nah, I just wanna tear shit off in a week or twoim doing 900cals rn, about 15% bf, i reckon it's pretty easy if you do it that aggressively for a short period of time, pretty much a walk in the park if you add some stimulants on top, dnp just seems unnecessary since cutting at that many cals is like a few weeks if you didn't let yourself go that much, glps would be enough

I would binge too, but only on shit like sweetened 0 fat 0 sugar vanilla yoghurt, so even after a binge id still maintain my deficit.yeah i figured.
the only thing holding me back till now was the lack of consistency and constant urge to binge on goyslop and just ldar
