Using dnp, t3, clen, tons of cardio only eating 1.2k calories of chickan breast and salad

Just did a cut.
Needa build some mass back and wait for my dnp to come in.

Hopefully Ill be shredded after a couple weeks though

im doing 900cals rn, about 15% bf, i reckon it's pretty easy if you do it that aggressively for a short period of time, pretty much a walk in the park if you add some stimulants on top, dnp just seems unnecessary since cutting at that many cals is like a few weeks if you didn't let yourself go that much, glps would be enough

Nah, I just wanna tear shit off in a week or two

Already done extremely aggressive glp-1 and clenbuterol cuts serveral times atp getting to what probably was single digits

im taking it easy cuz last time i did 1.5k deficit for 2 weeks and then ended up taking a week long break from gym and binging for every single day...

yeah i figured.
the only thing holding me back till now was the lack of consistency and constant urge to binge on goyslop and just ldar
hopefully ill last longer this time before i do a proper "cheat day"

I would binge too, but only on shit like sweetened 0 fat 0 sugar vanilla yoghurt, so even after a binge id still maintain my deficit.

Kindof a lifehack tbh
