I would look 2 points better with a tan. Aging massive downside.

I am pale af and have not been in the sun without spf since 5 years. When I morph myself with a tan, I legit look like a different person. Sex appeal 10x. Unfortunately I am already a super old guy 30yrs old, so the potential downside of aging and wrinkles makes me scared.
How would you guys act in my shoes, enjoy 1-2 years of tanning, but decrease the time of looking "young", or avoid the sun and use spf?
