Iam boxing and i realised, i am fucked when i just do strength training. Did sparring with someone and was pretty fast out of stamina, compared to last year. Even, when i hate it, i must do it. Uhhhhhhh... well atleast my bf will drop faster now. Currently at 19%.

Run if you want to be more efficient
Bike if you want to play it safer
Or do both
