I have ideal ipd, icd, esr ratios so fundamentally im clear there

Good positive tilt, some photos its around 10 degrees

Pretty long and downturned medial canthus, high pfl, nice almond shape, color, good eyelashes, positive hooding with minimal UEE, eyebrows are dense and set well but arched im using minoxidil to fix

But i have fucking negative orbital vector and somewhat flat supras so my eyes dont look that deep set

I am also considering fat grafts but I heard really mixed opinions about it where you end up getting clumps under your eyes. That's why and infra implant with a reputable surgeon can do wonders if you are only looking for a bit more volume and width

But if it just looks like some aegyo sal then idrm i think it could suit me, imo fat grafts r prolly more worth it for cost too

Custom infra implants with a reputable surgeon would cost tens of thousands of $ and still maybe get botched or need revisions, fat grafts in india cost less than $2k
