Because your kindness can be taken advantage of as a weakness
Kindness is a strength, that not everybody possesses. It will benefit you a lot later in life

But as a price you must be able to defend not just yourself but your ability to be kind

I know what it’s like to be in your situation. I was bullied too for over 3 years
I won’t get into the specifics but you’ve got to stand up for yourself

Also going to a martial arts gym is a lot of fun. You’ll make a lot of friends there, everybody is chill af and supporting
