When it was at its worst: absolutely frustrating. Not just for me, but my family and friends as well. It really puts a strain on the relationship you have with others. Nowadays it’s not as bad as it used to be, but it’s manageable. Few years ago if someone touched my hair I would get into a fight with them and shave off my hair afterwards with a razor blade to become clean again. After washing everything over many, many times. Nowadays I avoid fights because I don’t want to feel unclean for months, even if it means I get suckerpunched because I don’t want to be touched more, as a part of damage control. Makes me a little bitch but at least I’m a clean little bitch.

Overthinking. I was 14 and one day thought “wait, everyone touches coins.. that means it’s kinda gross.” So I stopped using coins or I let my friends keep it. Then a few weeks later I was in class, wearing a T-shirt and had my arms on the desk. Then I thought “wait, everyone touches desks with anything, that means it’s really gross.” So I started wearing anything that covered my arms and from there it progressed to the point I wore disposable gloves, never touched anyone and had to shower three times in a row with tons of soap before I entered my room. Overthinking also gave me an unattainable oneitis. I cucked myself real hard. Moral of the story: DO NOT OVERTHINK.
