It doesn't matter what age you are in bidelt width.
Ideal bidelt width is 20-25 inches depending on height. If you are taller you are going to need on the wider end towards 25 inches because taller guys need more width to look balanced and the oppsite goes for shorter guys they need less width to look still look balanaced.

A 19‑inch bidelt isn’t rare at all lmao.
It’s just slightly above average, not “rare” or “very rare.”
You’ll see plenty of guys with 19 inches if you take a normal walk outside it’s a common width for anyone with a decent frame or who lifts even a little.

Lol i am just an outlier then i guess i am 6'4-6'5 with an 20 inch untrained bidelt at 16. I live in norway tho and im half dutch my dad is 6'6
