what would you say in terms of size/ffmi?

For a natty, 11-12% body fat (a true 11-12%, not guessing or eyeballing) is perfect for aeathetics and hormones. It looks ripped to most people but you keep some size and dont need to do crazy diets that make your muscles look flat. So you keep some size so you look better in shirts. Im talking for natties btw. You wont be too lean where you look emanciated but still ripped but you look big in clothing. Plus most likely if you dont have good facial bones at this bodyfat, then getting lower wont help.
