Breakfast- lucky charms

Lunch- hamburger

Dinner- pasta (no meat )

breakfast-10 raw eggs with 10 iu of hgh
lunch- 500g of raw beef with ghk cu
dinner- beans with beef and raw eggs with aromaste inhibitor (1 mg)
desert- skip or 15iu of hgh

i eating this and ive just turned 16, 5'11 and LHTN.
breakfast - protein granola goyslop + shit ton of milk
lunch - beef and egg wrap + chicken + oranges and kiwis
3rd meal between lunch and dinner - 4 eggs + milk + carbs for workout
dinner - chicken or beef with some sort of carbs
adds up to around 3.5k calories and 200g of protein most days
tldr eat as much animal based products and possible and make sure youre in a surplus if still in puberty ofc

(In order to gain something,you must sacrifice something mentality)
 
It doesn’t really matter to much try and hit your macros maybe a bit more fat and you’ll be fine
