what’s the ideal diet if you’re 15 and skinny-fat and trying to build muscle + maximize puberty?
Right now I’m kinda skinny fat (not overweight but not lean either). I just started lifting and I’m trying to eat better but I’m not sure what the best diet actually is.
Should I focus on:
high protein
more calories for growth
certain foods for hormones/puberty
And roughly how many calories / grams of protein should someone my age aim for?
Also not tryna eat raw organs cz I dont have any local farms.
If anyone has a simple daily diet example (meals) that would be helpful too.
