Ideal diet for puberty + muscle?

what’s the ideal diet if you’re 15 and skinny-fat and trying to build muscle + maximize puberty?

Right now I’m kinda skinny fat (not overweight but not lean either). I just started lifting and I’m trying to eat better but I’m not sure what the best diet actually is.


Should I focus on:


high protein
more calories for growth
certain foods for hormones/puberty

And roughly how many calories / grams of protein should someone my age aim for?
Also not tryna eat raw organs cz I dont have any local farms.
If anyone has a simple daily diet example (meals) that would be helpful too.

just eat lots of meat and dairy doesn't have to be raw if you can't find a good source

firstly cut. After have big bulk. Then cut: this should take bout 2 years but its worth it bhai

they mainly talk abt androgens and peptides
yeah well then meat and dairyy like the guy said, beef preferably and try going to farmers markets for your food

Focus on raw food like meat, fish, whole kefir milk, eggs, cheese, yogurts, lean meat (avoid turkey), lot of fruits, fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, mushrooms, carrots

Fats like sardines, cod livers eggs yolks, olive oil, bacon, duck fat, lard, tallow (mainly to cook). Nuts like natural peanut butter, almonds, cashews, macadamia etc

And then enjoy your youth with some carbs like whole grain pastas, fried rice, potatoes, fruits etc

Don't starve yourself during puberty and eat nutritionally dense foods

also can u recommend some foods i can make like a mix of eggs and some meat yk

I found for me starches, fruits, red meat, seafood , eggs and dairy was the best for me after experimenting for a bit
