ideal dosage to perma run accutane after finishing your treatment?

I finished my 6.5 month course of accutane at 30mg ed and my acne is completely gone, my skin shines and my nose got smaller.
I however dont want to lose any of these, for those perma running after treatment what is the ideal dosage to just maintain your results?
