I don't have time to go to gym 4x or 5x so i want a good full body workout,2-3 times per week.Current one is

Dips
Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Deadlift
Sitting Back Rows
Triceps Dips
Biceps Curls or Pull Ups
Abs
Will add Squats too when my back pain is gone.Thoughts ?
