75 kg ( 165 lb ) barbell curl

100 kg ( 221 lb ) military press

140 kg ( 309 lb ) bench

130 kg ( 287 lb ) squat

160 kg ( 353 lb ) deadlift

160 kg ( 353 lb ) weighted pull-up total ( includes bodyweight )

2x25kg strict lat raise is pretty insane, but then again most people don't do them with good form so i guess faking it is possible
