Ideal meal times and schedule?

Can someone give their ideal mealtimes and general schedule?
I find myself often waking at 1-2pm and right now I'm going to sleep at 4am. Proper schedule just seems so important for all facets of life.

I've come to the conclusion that breakfast is a meme and 2 meals a day is ideal.

I was thinking the ideal schedule is:
Wake at 9am

Lunch at 1pm

Dinner at 9pm

Sleep at 1am

Try to get atleast 1 more hour of sleep a day. Helps with T and HGH.

I'm more of a nocturnal person. I prefer the peace, quite and mystery of the night.

Plus they seem to put more Boxing and MMA shows in the late night and early morning on TV.

I'm getting really tired after intense MMA/Boxing training by hitting the bags and Shadowboxing. I just napped for 2 or maybe 3 hours just now. And I'm still in a daze. Gonna go grab some coffee.

I changed my sleeping time to regular at around 9pm.

Jordan Peterson said you're supposed to eat fatty foods in the morning.

But they don't cook meat steak types of food in the morning here.

I think I should learn cooking.

I'm going for 3 soft boiled eggs in the morning. The cholesterol is supposed to help with T production.
