If you started sleeping without a pillow there is a high chance you sleep in one side only because of the uncomfy and habit of sleeping WHICH IS A BIG MISTAKE you should better sleep with a pillow or else your face will gradually become more assymetric by time.

When you sleep without pillow and one sided the force will impact a lot where as if you sleep one sided with pillow then the force won't be that much also YOU MUST STOP SLEEPING LIKE THIS:

its obvious by now why not only it can cause assymetries but also strain and neck pain also fucks up your posture

If you have habit of sleeping while laying on stomach practice sleeping like this:

other things for better sleep:

1) Eat at least 4 hours before going to bed
2)Take warm shower and start reading a book while in bed
3)Don't drink coffee more than 3 times a week
