I’ve seen people say that you should just cut out unnecessary artificial products that contain sodium (duh) but that’s not really all you can do is it?

I want to know what the ideal method is. I know cardio helps with sodium flushing but there has to be something with healthier sodium that you can replace with the artificial/bad stuff which goes hand in hand with Cardio etc.

I know that i could just google all of this but I want to know if anyone has tried anything else, how they did it and if it worked. I just want a more personal and different POV.
 
Look at @Never Get Up threads about diet, doing this sodium shit is fucking cope and could make you even more bloated
