Broccoli is legit a super food.

muh antinutrients I always feel better after eating broccoli.

I steam them so I can preserve nutrients. It can be reasonably tasty with the good seasonings.

I swear my brain functions better with this food

You didn’t see the video where the dude almost diet from overeating broccoli?
I literally, simply, can’t eat vegetables, I gag so hard from just the smell.
But why would I? They’re poisonous, and animal organs exist.
I’m having beef lung for lunch today, will cook it with some chicken thighs in bone broth :Comfy:

I already get selenium from liver and seafood but I still once a month like the idea of snacking on some steamed broccoli, not sure why

Probably cause selenomethionine is the preferred form of selenium the body wants, also the conc ij brocolli is extremely high. Even Brazil nuts come nowhere near , although google will say not much selenium in broccoli bcs it doesn’t exist in free form
