Probably cause selenomethionine is the preferred form of selenium the body wants, also the conc ij brocolli is extremely high. Even Brazil nuts come nowhere near , although google will say not much selenium in broccoli bcs it doesn’t exist in free formI already get selenium from liver and seafood but I still once a month like the idea of snacking on some steamed broccoli, not sure why
