background info
- will be cutting to 9% bf before bulking for insulin sensitivity
- ive been going on and off with test + oral cycles for around 3 months
- will be running 300 test, 300 mast and 50mg daily tbol for 5 weeks then dropping for a week to let liver rest then 400mg test, 300 mast, 50 anavar daily, 200 tren weekly
I know that even with the gear nutrient partioning isnt perfect so i dont want to see a lot of fat gain but also need to maximise lean mass purely bc ive got just 8 weeks. i was originally planning on running a 500 surplus but now thinking of bringing that down to 300...
