Depends on the rest of your measurements. Everything is relative. Then you could have a perfectly proportional waist but if you're a manlet it doesn't matter and you should still kys.

Interesting that someone else picked up on this.

I do think these ratios should all be based on frontal widths rather than circumferences.

Bideltoid should be 1.618x the width across the hips according to golden ratio principles.
Waist I’m not sure. Would be good to do a series of photoshops to compare but I am not the guy.

My waist horizontal length is around 11-11.5 inches I think. My hips are about 12.25 inches. The actual measurement doesn't matter though you just want your waist and hips to match
