Hypogonadism syntomps for 2 years but he had a surgery to put the balls out with 6 years old so maybe the hypogonadism syntomps are there since as a kid.

2-year history of lethargy, weakness, headaches, a several-year history of gradual loss of body hair, declining libido central adiposity, nipple pallor, proximal muscle wasting, preservation of scalp hair, loss of body hair, gynecomastia, and right and left testicular volumes of 12 ml and 5 ml

But the question is face wise. He looks fatter so its hard to judge other than the fact he has more hair. But he indeed looks more young and for some reason he has a more feminine appearance. Any theories on why that is?

His maxilla looks smaller. Not in a craniofacial dystrophy way but in the same way females have smaller maxilla’s then males

good thread

Interesting to see how testosterone affected his morphology

The left has body hair, is bald, a bit taller, longer face... and that's about it. Nothing too insane.

It truly is mostly genetics

testosterone only gives a bit more angulosity to the face but its not that much

They both look equally low T tbh. Right guy might even have better clavicles jfl.

Also normally he would’ve been taller if he was very low T like KScels

High T = Low Aromatization = Low E = Delayed Closure of Growth Plates
High T = High IGF-1

= A Better Man

No. Typically when you have higher T, your estrogen levels are higher to maintain sufficient estrogen to test balance. T and IGF-1 also work via completely different pathways so it’s not really the case that high T= high Igf-1. There’s a weak correlation between them

If you have a High Free T/Total T ratio you generally have a lower aromatization rate. Should've specified. IGF-1 levels are also dependent on your diet, but most of the time your T levels determine that. People who pin gear, even only test, have very elevated IGF levels.
