Idiot Loses at least .5 PSL from Jaw Surgery

This guy from reddit got double jaw surgery and lost PSL. Top is before. Bottom is After.

Safe to say he lost anywhere from .5 to 1 PSL from the surgery. His chin and jaw looked decent in the before and made him look kinda masculine. If he lost the glasses and gymcelled he'd probably be decently good looking.

In the after he looks like a lesbian and somehow 5 years older. This guy spent 20k to ruin his best feature. What a retard. This. goes to show that you really should not get Bimax unless you have severely recessed jaws. The only reason he got a bad result is that his surgeon moved his mandible backwards for some reason. He needed the maxilla moved forward; his mandible was fine previously. As a male it is almost always a bad decision to move the lower jaw backwards. Unfortunately many maxiofacial surgeons are somehow bluepilled and might recommend moving the mandible backwards because most of them are trained solely to correct occlusal issues and are not thinking in terms of aesthetics
