So i’m 13 and i’m gonna start working out hella but for peptides i’m not sure if i should get all 3 separate or get glow because i don’t got much money on me rn. Also my skin is pretty shitty rn

GLOW isn't really going to help with your acne, I would recommend a topical like tretinoin to begin with

Everything except topical tretinoin and oral isotretinoin is a cope for acne.

Benzoyl peroxide to fade away single annoying pimples overnight. Every pharmacy sells it at 5% strength.

Peptides for building muscles are basically cope besides hgh, reta is good for losing fat, glutathione if you want to be healthy in general, and theres some nootropics that'll help with your cognitive function but there's things for anything

Then go with reta, I wouldn't recommend anything else besides glutathione, but you really dont need it either since youre young and I'm assuming aren't drinking or take drugs

Mini fridge can be up to $100, alc wipes are gonna be like $5-10, syringes would depend on where you get them from, I get mines from sams club 100 for $8, and bac water should be priced around $1-3 each
