Yeah I think it should be like this all controception methods should be provided but if a woman gets pregnant she can either get an abortion or she and her family needs to pass a test to see if the families situation is suitable to rise the kid if not she has to get the abortion if it is then she can have the kid.

“Has” to get the abortion is harsh. I’m not too well versed but I think a lot of successful/brilliant people were born into harsh situations, and I’m also sure a lot of unfortunate people/bad people were created in those environments too, It’s very nuanced. I think a logical way to go about it is if a woman can raise her child in a proper living situation, she should bear responsibility and bring the child into the world. On the other hand, if a woman can’t provide normal conditions for her child, abortion should be an option, but forcing her to get an abortion? That just doesn’t sound right. Also u have things like adaptation and orphanage but that’s a whole other story
