If a chadlite ascended to chad, how much would his life improve realistically?

Does the law of diminishing returns apply here? Let's say the chadlite has a few things holding him back from model-tier chad looks that he can fix such as deviated septum, slight norwooding etc. But he already slays and mogs almost everyone he meets. If he hardmaxxed and fixed those things, how different would his life be?

True but there is some scale,like being good looking and being with models you need to be extremely good looking to stand out
