I don't know a single exception to this rule. this means there is no overarching figure in her life to control her actions, and because of that she hoes around. every girl ive ever known who goes to parties, drinks, clubs, is a hoe. not a single exception

from what ive seen, this sentence has two meanings 1) the parents don't care enough to instill any order into their daughter and let her do what she wants and 2) society allows women to partake in this behavior in the first place, so its already sexually liberalized.
