clenbuterol start with 40mcg first day and up the dosage by 5mcg every day, or 10 every 2nd day, high protein diet along with it, and workout if u want

along with clen if u dont wanna train, cardio like stairmaster can help u a lot

Just eat 1000 calories or less a day you don't need to take drugs. The problem is that if you're 26% BF you probably have an issue putting down the fork. You probably won't lose that much BF in just 50 days though even if you took drugs.

yeah I forgot to minus lmao I was calculating you going to zero percent bf, but still 14kg in 50 days is a shit ton. You could try the usuals like clen,semaglutide,t3 or 4, hgh etc just mix it up with some diuretics near the end tho

no side effects at all, only thing u can expect is slight increase in body temperature and heart palpitations which arent dangerous at all, also do not take clen at all if u have or had any heart problems

when u do first cycle first 3 weeks, take 3 weeks off and do it again for tolerance to go away
