you're looking at his facial traits too much rather than the height to width ratio, he's got a mix of both and this isn't that uncommon in europeans, but he doesn't have much of a brow and the slope of his forehead isn't as extreme as you'd see in a brachy skull (they tend to have a very acute forehead angle where it transitions into the top of the skull although it's usually covered by hair and you can't really see it)

if anything he's a case of pure dolciphaly, caused by ramus depth, rather than down-growth which is usually that makes skulls seem long, he has a low-ish gonial angle.

you could argue that many cases of dolichocephaly aren't true dolci, they're just down-grown.

asians are a very diverse group of people but the han chinese which are the most prevalent aren't either.

koreans tend to be brachy, some other types like kazakhs can be dolci.

1.3 skull height to width ratio 2.05 fwhr 3-1 chin to philtrum with tall wide square chin, high bone mass jaw with big sharp gonion like cavill. 112 gonial angle with giga tall ramus, medium set zygos with highish bone mass and sharp inverted boomerang shape (rameriz) projected wide orbitals and maxilla upper (infras) and lower with sloped projected browridge.

Obviously you don’t need to have the exact same measurements but they should be close to the numbers I gave.
