If beta carotene is stored in the fat cells does that mean that people who lost fat in the under eye area will have weird splotches like this?

I see this a lot in people who use beta carotene.

Since beta carotene is stored in the fat is this the reason there’s no orange around the eyes making it look bad?

Or is there no correlation

Same with this dude


As you can see there’s no orange around the eyes making it look off and it looked like he had less fat under his eyes in the before pic
 
This is from eye protection while tanning. Donald Trump is the same.
