You technically don’t NEED Lefort II.

You can get a Lefort I plus midface, under eye, and zygo implants. The midface implants would cover the area that a Lefort I didn’t advance but Lefort II does.

OP, if you really feel the need to have your freaking jaw open by a couple of centimeters while having your lips sealed, then you might consult something like an MSDO specialist immediately instead of resorting to these ludicrously hummiliating fraudng methods.

What I can imagine is that you have a near clinical case of deep bite or/and(!) overjet in a normal jaw posture.

Are you lacking bone in the chin the projection is fine the issue is your chin looks off

To be perfectly honest. I dont think ur maxilla is bad, u have probably better maxilla than bunch of very good looking males. In my honest opinion lips and chin failos you a lot, also you should get a bit better coloring.
Also you are like 15 or so. Fix your pulled back lower jaw before doing anything to the maxilla, and when I say doing something it should not induce any backward movements on the maxilla but a true freeing of the lower jaw from the condyle.
