I have 138 friends on facebook and my profile pic is from 2014 (never been updated) with 3 likes. 7 pictures in which I got tagged and most of them are from family reunions.

On instagram I have 17 followers and 1 low-quality selfie pic while I follow 48 people (bad ratio)

Would it be better to just DELETE all my social media in case a girl ask for it ?

Yes it's better to have zero social media than social media that makes it obvious you don't have many friends or don't do "fun activities." This is exactly what happened to me, girls showing extreme interest and once they see my social media with no comments on my posts and few likes they ghost fast

I’d separate girls’ reactions to 5 categories:
1-They are fine don’t give a shit
2-They are not happy think something is up,some even said do you have a girlfriend you are not telling etc lol.Kind of a problem
3-Find it weird but not too weird.It’s not a problem more often than not
4-They are happy ( rare.sometimes they don’t use it either.these might be looking for ltr)
5-They think you are a freak (%20 of them are like this )

I only have like 300 followers on IG with 0 posts but I always upload stuff I'm doing in my stories,what I'm eating,where I'm going,at the Gym,playing video games etc.

Never got blocked or raised any suspicion from women,some of them actually reply to my story and ask what food is that I'm eating lol.

This explains what I have experienced this last month with women approaching first wanting to set me up with their friends or ask me out to parties and then once they see my IG they make excuses why they cant hang anymore and then block me. Literally tell me I should be a model ---> then see my IG and stop talking to me anymore.

And paradoxically, the more u looksmax and increase in how Gl u are the MORE weird u will appear if ur social media isn't keeping up. U might be able to get away with sub par IG if you are average looking cause women won't expect u to have a large following, but if u are GL and dont have a large IG girls will think there is something EXTREMELY wrong with you

Now hypothetically if you act charming and confidently (because you forced yourself to learn it or got drunk before meeting up with her) in real life but your social media still portrays you as a weirdo (because of your past) wouldn't that even raise more red flags and she will get creeped out about what's up with you ? At least if you act awkward in real life she will understand why your social media doesn't have a lot of content and thus congruent.

all women potentially interested in u are going to absolutely STALK all ur social media and have their friends check u out too to get thri opinion on u. They will check all the people liking ur posts and all the people u follow etc. This is a modern background check to see if u are NT or cool. Regardless of how GL u are if u are obviously autistic or weird women will feel embarrassed to be with u or have their friends know they are with u. Perception is reality in the current world we live in.

I've gotten all these responses these last two years when telling girls I have no social media, especially ur point 2.
