Depends if you're still in highschool then yeah you must be a tard , but you can still get good results if you try ,you will 100% get very good grades .

Well if youre not studying and you wanna do something that takes good grades youre retarded. Being good at math isn't necessarily and iq indicator but if you're in class and you're not grasping the concepts as theyre being taught then maybe.

Just take an IQ test (not an online one, get Mensa-certified).
If you struggle to understand topics, and have really weak memory formation, you are probably low IQ.
