Does that mean I have a ptosis issue(aka eyelid muscle malfunction) or a lack of fat/bone issue?

I have a small amount of UEE, but if I focus I can actually lift the top eyelid up with muscle activation and it gives me no UEE, (this is without moving brow or squinting or anything, I’m purely lifting only the top eyelid with my Mind muscle activation alone)

I can only hold it for like a minute though so I can’t consciously do it forever

Also I notice in public I have to raise my brows (which then opens my eyes wider in return) when I’m trying to see shit better

No, I just had my ptosis corrected and I still have UEE. When open your eyelid should be near the top of your iris.
