Yes the chin augmentation after pics are morphed by me. The nose is real, that is what I have currently after surgery (it is still swollen only like around 4 weeks have passed since the nose surgery). I am going to get chin implant after the nose recovers for 1-2 month.

Honestly my biggest nerf is my chin, but I was unable to get chin implant surgery as all the clinics I asked haven't had chin implants shipped in that month and told me to wait several months or some time... Therefore I did rhinoplasty.

Yes I have slight overbite but not severe enough to be needing jaw surgery. They will 3D scan me and when they see my teeth are aligned and I do not have difficulty biting or have no pain, they will not do the surgery. Also sliding genio solely for cosmetic purposes is not done in my country Georgia that is why I can not get it. And I do not have that much money to fly to turkey or other country to get it done. I can only afford surgeries in my Country.
