If I get filler before summer, is it really that bad for me?

I would be getting chin and jaw filers, possibly undereye aswell. How long would it last? Is migration really that big of an issue that I should just wait until I am 18 and can get implants?

chin is the safest when it comes to migration

undereye and jaw are just
