If I have downward growth, wouldn’t a chin implant create an awkward shape?

My chin is recessed due to downward facial growth. I thought a chin implant would help but I keep thinking it might create a moon shape because my jawline faces downwards.

I don’t think it’s like O’Pry but it’s better than mine I believe.
You were right all along, getting a chin implant would be best but I would suggest trying fillers as well

I think I’ll start with fillers just to see how it looks temporarily. Then I’ll get an implant if I like the results.
Rhinoplasty is happening 100%. That would drastically improve my facial harmony even if I didn’t do anything to my chin.

Hmm good luck
Still consult a surgeon though
