i want to gymcel only to build a certain amount of muscle so i can then cut bc i am skinnyfat but skinnyfat is due to low t. if i optimize my hormones would i need to continue gymcelling to maintain low bodyfat with a slight athletic build? i dont really like working out and but i dont want to be skinny either
