if i wanted to cut, would eating just 2 meals a day (including breakfast) be enough?

dont wanna get no protein/carbs and just be starvemaxxing though.
might be a stupid question too
 
It doesn't matter how many times a day you eat. You can go the Ronaldo route with 6 meals a day and still be single digit body fat or eat once a day.

I did OMAD (one meal a day) for years and I think it screwed up my melatonin and other hormones permanently. It was great for leaning out and controlling hunger though.

As long as you have a basic understanding of the caloric content of foods, you can eat as often as you want. It's extremely hard to not lose body fat eating meats, vegetables and berries all day with water. Have to be careful with fats (even healthy ones like olive) since just 10ml contains 90kcal.

Can't localize fat loss unfortunately, to lose facial fat, stubborn belly fat etc. you need to lose body fat % as a whole.

The good news is you don't need clenbuterol, dnp or ozempic. Basic calorie tracking and cutting out junk food will absolutely shred your body fat by 0,5% a month or more. Add a 1 hour walk a few times a week and you can make that 1% a month.
